VCorp

VCorp is a platform for managing payments connected to Visa CTA card (Central Travel Account) corporate travel service purchases.

At the VCorp Aéreo and VCorp Hotel websites, users have access to data related to the purchase of airline tickets and to payment for hotel stays, respectively. This data can be accessed online and viewed up to 40 days before the Visa CTA card bill due date.

VCorp reconciles travel-related payment transactions with airline ticket and hotel detailed data, making it easier for corporate customers and travel agencies to view and manage the data on their own systems. Also, the corporate customer, travel agency and issuing bank can access this data at the same time.

With VCorp, customers can reconcile data online in cases where the data was not automatically reconciled, reverse any necessary reconciliation, edit management information (MIS) directly from the tool, and create airline tickets and exclude unwanted or incorrect tickets, among other things.

Pre-authorization

The Pre-Authorization process blocks-off a certain amount from cardholders' credit limit to ensure the completion of a transaction, even though it is not an actual sales transaction.

Assured reservation

With the Assured Reservation service, our affiliate hotels do not need to worry about reservation cancellations. With this service, whenever a Visa credit card is used to hold a reservation, our hotels are automatically assured the payment of one night stay in case the guest fails to show up or cancels the reservation after the cancellation period established by the hotel's policy.

Advanced payment of stays

This service streamlines and facilitates the hotel reservation process by allowing guests to use their Visa credit cards to pay for their stays in advance.

Priority check-out

Hotels can use the pre-authorization transaction to free their guests from going through the check-out process. This service not only adds convenience but is also a tool to promote customer loyalty.

Debit authorization form - Travel Services

This is another service to ensure the safety of your business. This form must be used in all credit card sales in which the customer is not present and, like all sales receipts, must be kept for 365 days together with copies of all other required documentation.
