Online Services
Cielo provides several services to facilitate our customers' daily routine. Some of them have been automated and turned into Online Banking Services. There are twelve online services available for our affiliate merchants, and five others were specifically developed for our partner banks.
How can these online services be accessed?
Our online services are 100% free of charge. For access, just register directly at the website.
If you are an affiliate merchant - If you haven't registered at our website yet, please, click on the Register at the Website tab, at the top right-hand corner of the website. After registering, just enter your merchant code and username on the screen's top menu.- If you are a partner bank - Please, click on the sidebar menu "Banks" of the Portuguese website and send an e-mail to banco@cielo.com.br to request to be registered. Then, just access the menu and enter your secret password(s).
Online Statements
The Online Statement is one of the brand new services on Cielo's latest website. On the website, our affiliate merchants can follow their Visa and Visa Vale financial transactions. Online statements are an intelligent way of replacing traditional paper statements because they tend to reduce future consumption of paper.
Financial data can be viewed in several formats:
- Latest transactions - here, merchants can view a log of all sales made by the company during a certain time period. Data can be arranged by deposit or credit date and the statement shows sales details, adjustments, and rental payments for the electronic terminals. The standard statement offers three pre-defined options-5, 15 or 30 days-but merchants can establish other time periods.
- Credits receivable - merchants can view their financed sales, to be paid in installments or at a future specified date. This makes sales reconciliation much easier.
- Customized statement - allows merchants to create several models of statements, tailored to their company's needs. Merchants can test customized models before saving them, and can include additional customized data columns. These statements are an excellent solution for retail chains, which can create their own model and implement it in all of their branch stores. After saving a statement, merchants can view it on the screen or download it without displaying the data.
- Transaction history - here, customers can view all of their company's past Visa and Visa Card transactions.
- Last paper statement - is a duplicate of all of the information sent by mail, serving as a copy of the statement.
Also, merchants can export the financial data to a spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel .xls file) or to a text file (.txt), which allows them to easily perform a more detailed analysis of their sales and to export the data to their financial systems.
Online statements also include sales cancellation letters, which can be viewed and printed, in case merchants need proof that a certain sale has been canceled.
