
Follow the instructions below and teach your clients how to unblock their credit card.
For security measures, many banks send their customers blocked credit cards, with instructions to contact the bank's Customer Service to unblock them.
Should a customer try to use a new card without first unblocking it, the card will be denied and the following message will appear on the screen:
[78CART BLOQ. 1 USO]
Whenever you see this message, you should instruct the cardholder to contact the card's Customer Service right away to request that the card be unblocked.
By doing this, you are making sure that your customer will continue shopping at your business.
